Coaching on Nutrition and Recovery
Coach Sarah Gaudet started strength & agility training at the age of 11 with Brandt Quick. She played at Mandeville Soccer Club for the Lakers and obtained 3 state championship titles. She also played for SSA, playing on 2 state championship teams in her time there. Over the course of her soccer career, she tore her ACL and meniscus 3 times, leading to multiple knee surgeries. This created a passion for Sarah to ensure that athletes are training properly to avoid injury, while increasing performance. She attended Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi to play soccer, but when informed that she could no longer play due to high risk of injury, it was crushing. After two years of not being involved in athletics, she decided to join the Millsaps Lacrosse team. Her first year she received All Conference Honorable Mention and went on to become a team captain senior year. She knew she wanted to help implement all she’d learned as an athlete into the training of others. Sarah obtained her Personal Trainer Certification from ACE in 2019 and has enjoyed working with a wide range of clients.
